植酸酶对异育银鲫生产性能及鱼体成分的影响

摘  要:
选用360尾体重为(12.0±0.2)g的异育银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)鱼种,随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ四个组,每组设置3个重复,其中Ⅰ为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加500 U/kg、1000 U/kg、1500 U/kg的植酸酶。饲喂60 d,试验结果表明:(1)与对照组比较,添加1000 U/kg植酸酶的试验组鱼增重率提高8.8个百分点,饲料系数下降0.18,植酸磷利用率提高20.6个百分点,说明在异育银鲫鱼种配合饲料中添加适宜的植酸酶能促进鱼的生长,提高植酸磷的利用;(2)添加植酸酶各组异育银鲫鱼种的鱼体成分中,粗灰分、粗蛋白、钙、磷及部分矿物质元素(铁、铜、镍)含量显著提高,表明植酸酶能释放植酸的螯合物,促进矿物质元素在动物体内的沉积。

摘  要:
360 carps(average initial weight 12.0 g) were randomly divided into four groups,namely Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ group.Every group had 3 repeats.Group Ⅰ was fed with basal diet without phytase,the others were fed with the basal diet added with 500 U/kg,1000 U/kg,1500 U/kg phytase respectively.After raised for sixty days,the results showed:(1)Compared with group Ⅰ,the weight gain rate of group Ⅲ increased 8.8%,the feed conversion ratios decreased 0.18,and the utilization rate of phytate phosphorus enhanced 20.6%,which indicated that optimal phytase content in the feed can enhance growth of C.auratus gibelio fingerlings and promote phytate phosphorus utilization;(2)Compared with group Ⅰ,the content of ash,crude protein,calcium,phosphorus and some trace elements(Fe、Cu、Ni)in the body composition of C.auratus gibelio that fed with phytase were increased significantly,which indicated that phytase can promote the sediment of elements in body of C.auratus gibelio by releasing the chelate complex with phytic acid.
