灭活疫苗对异育银鲫败血症血液和生化指标的影响研究

摘  要:
为研究灭活疫苗对嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)感染后的异育银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)的血液和生化指标的影响,将异育银鲫随机分为对照组、感染组和免疫组,在处理后18 h和36 h时断尾采血,分离得到抗凝血和血清,分别测定8项血液指标和13项与免疫相关的生化指标。处理后18 h,感染组与对照组相比,谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、Cl-差异显著,其他指标无显著差异,而免疫组与对照组之间均无差异;处理后36h,感染组9项指标(MCH、MCHC、WBC、RBC、Cl-、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、糖)出现极显著差异,8项指标(MCV、HGB、HCT、总蛋白、总胆红素、白蛋白、肌酐、尿酸)差异显著,免疫组指标除WBC显著高于对照组,其他指标均无显著差异。结果表明,灭活疫苗能够对鱼体产生较强的免疫保护力,有助于减轻致病菌对鱼体的损害程度,增强了鱼体的免疫抵抗力。

摘  要:
To study the influences of formalin-killed Aeromonas hydrophila on blood and biochemical parameters on crucian carps(Carassius auratus gibelio),the crucian carp were randomly divided into control group,infection group and immune group.Blood samples were taken from the carp' s caudal sinus.Anti-coagulate blood samples and serum samples were used to determine the 8 blood samples and 13 biochemical parameters respectively after treated 18 h and 36 h.For 18 h,compared with control group,the ratio of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and Cl-were significantly higher in the injection group,the immune group had no significant difference from control group.For 36 h,9 significant different parameters(MCH,MCHC,WBC,RBC,Cl,ALT,AST,Glucose) and 8 different parameters(MCV,HGB,HCT,total protein,total bilirubin,albumin,creatinine,uric acid) were significantly different,there was no significant difference between control group and the immune group except WBC which was significantly higher in the immune group.The results showed that formalin-killed Aeromonas hydrophila could produce a strong immune protection,reduce the bacteria on the fish of the damage,and enhance the fish' s immune resistance.
