芝麻油提取方法研究进展

摘  要:
综述了芝麻不同的提油工艺,重点介绍了水代法、热榨法、冷榨法、水酶法、超临界流体萃取法、亚临界流体萃取法等方法的研究现状,并对芝麻提油工艺的进一步研究和工业化应用前景进行了展望,并对比总结了不同方法提取的芝麻油的品质。

摘  要:
The different extraction process of sesame oil were reviewed. The current research situation of sesame oil extraction technology such as aqueous extraction,hot pressing method,cold pressing method,aqueous enzymatic extraction,supercritical fluid extraction,subcritical fluid extraction were introduced. The further research on extraction technology of sesame oil and the outlook of industrialization applications were also discussed. The quality of sesame oil extracted by different methods were compared.
