细黄莲霉菌对黄芩种子萌发特性的影响

摘  要:
为了研究细黄链霉菌对黄芩的诱导效应,用不同浓度的细黄链霉菌发酵液浸种处理黄芩种子,探讨细黄莲霉菌对黄芩种子萌发及生长的影响。结果表明,不同浓度的细黄链霉菌发酵液对黄芩种子萌发和幼苗生长都有促生作用,并且影响显著,同一时间随着浓度的升高黄芩种子发芽率、发芽指数、幼苗的苗高和干重均先上升后下降,同一浓度随着时间(0~8d)的增加黄芩种子发芽率、发芽指数、幼苗的干重和苗高均一直升高。细黄链霉菌发酵液浓度稀释50倍时,黄芩的促生效果最显著。可见,低浓度的细黄链霉菌发酵液对黄芩植株有明显的化感促进作用,随着发酵液浓度的增加,其对受体的促进作用逐渐减弱。

摘  要:
In order to study inducing effect of Streptomyces microflavus on Scutellaria baicalensis,Seeds of Scutellaria baicalensis were soaked by different concentrations Streptmyces microflavus fermentation broth.When Seedlings leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis growth to be quadricuspid,Seedlings of Scutellaria baicalensis were spraid by different concentrations Streptmyces microflavus fermentation broth.Results showed that seeds germination and seedling growth of Scutellaria baicalensis were promoted,and there had a significant effect.At the same time,different concentrations there were evident growth-promoting effect on the germination rate of seed of Scutellaria baicalensis,germination index,seedling height and the dry weight of Scutellaria baicalensis seeding increased first,then descreased.At the same concentrations,but with different time(0-8d)there were evident growth-promoting effect on the germination rate,germination index,seedling height and the dry weight of Scutellaria baicalensis seeding.When Scutellaria baicalensis was treated by concentrations diluted to 50 times Streptmyces microflavus fermentation broth,growth promoting effect of Scutellaria baicalensis was the most significant.Low concentration of Streptmyces microflavus fermentation broth can promote growth of Scutellaria baicalensis.But with the increasing concentration of fermentation broth,the promoting role gradually decreased,even changed into inhibition role.
