高蛋白高钙日粮对鹌鹑尿酸代谢及痛风发生的影响

摘  要:
试验通过分析高蛋白高钙日粮对迪法克鹌鹑生长性能、尿酸水平及肾脏尿酸盐沉积的影响,初步探讨了高蛋白高钙日粮塑造鹌鹑痛风模型。选用60只30日龄雄性健康迪法克鹌鹑,随机分为4组,即对照组、高蛋白组、高钙组和高蛋白高钙组,每组15只。每组鹌鹑分别给予基础日粮、高蛋白日粮、高钙日粮和高蛋白高钙日粮进行饲喂,自由饮水,试验持续50 d。结果显示:高蛋白高钙日粮添加可使鹌鹑血尿酸水平显著升高,粪尿尿酸水平显著降低,血清肌酐、尿素氮水平无显著差异。高蛋白高钙日粮可导致鹌鹑肾脏尿酸盐沉积,部分鹌鹑出现明显关节肿大、跛足等痛风症状。研究表明,高蛋白高钙日粮可导致鹌鹑高尿酸血症及痛风的发生,若用于痛风模型塑造,可为痛风病的基础及药物开发研究提供参考。

摘  要:
In this study, the effects of high-protein and high-calcium diet on the general state, uric acid levels and renal urate deposition of Defake quail were studied. Sixty male healthy 30-day-age Defake quail were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, high-protein group, high-calcium group, high-protein and high-calcium group,with 15 quails in each group, which were given basal diet, high-protein diet, high-calcium diet, high-protein and high-calcium diet for free drinking, respectively, and the experiment lasted for 50 days. The high-protein and high-calcium diet could significantly increase the level of uric acid in blood; The uric acid level in feces and urine was significantly reduced; There was no significant difference in serum creatinine and urea nitrogen. High-protein and high-calcium diet could cause uric acid deposition in kidney, and some quails had obvious gout symptoms such as joint swelling and lameness. High-protein and high-calcium diet could lead to the occurrence of hyperuricemia and gout, it was a reference for the basis of gout and drug development research, provided that it was used for the formation of gout model.
