不同硒源对韭菜富硒效果的初步研究

摘  要:
将不同含硒量的硒矿粉、富硒复混肥和亚硒酸钠溶液施用于杂交韭菜品系"791",以空白为对照,观察韭菜叶片反应、测定韭菜含硒量变化,研究韭菜对不同硒源的富硒反应及效果。结果表明,3种硒源均能提高韭菜叶片的含硒量,施入3种硒源的韭菜平均含硒量为0.144~0.504mg/kg,比对照平均含硒量0.075mg/kg增92.0%~572.0%;施用高含硒量矿粉(1494mg/kg)的韭菜叶片含硒量要大于低含硒量的矿粉(392mg/kg),但与硒矿粉的含硒量比例变化不一致,这可能与硒矿粉的风化程度有关;高含硒量复混肥的增硒趋势优于低含硒量复混肥,但是也有例外,这可能与硒在复混肥中的分布有关;施用4种不同浓度(100、200、400、800mg/kg)的Na2SeO3溶液可以使韭菜的含硒量增加2.89~5.72倍,以200mg/kg处理的最高;各处理浓度下,均未见韭菜植株受害现象。不同硒源均能提高韭菜叶片含硒量,韭菜对亚硒酸钠可耐受浓度较高。

摘  要:
The selenium ore powders,selenium-enriched compound fertilizers and Na2SeO3 solutions with different selenium content were applied on 791 strain of Chinese chive,and the effects of different selenium sources on Chinese chive were studied.The results showed that the three kinds of selenium sources increased the selenium content of Chinese chive leaves,and the selenium contents of Chinese chive were 0.144~0.504 mg/kg,higher than the control by 92.0% ~ 572.0% .The selenium content of the leaves which were applied with high level of selenium-rich slag(1 494 mg /kg) was higher than that with low one(392 mg/kg).Basically selenium was increased more with high levels of selenium-rich fertilizer than with low levels of selenium-rich fertilizer,but there were some exceptions,and they might relate to the selenium distribution in selenium-rich fertilizer.Applications of 4 different concentrations of Na2SeO3(100,200,400 and 800 mg/kg)increased selenium contents 3.61~5.72 times in Chinese chive.Among all the applications,the concentrations of 200 mg/kg had the best effect of increasing selenium content of Chinese chive,and the stress phenomenon wasn′t appeared.
