不同硒源对鱼腥草产量及富硒效应的影响

摘  要:
用含硒量1390mg/kg的硒矿粉、含硒量250、350、450、550mg/kg的富硒复混肥和200、400mg/L的亚硒酸钠溶液施于鄂西野生鱼腥草(Houttuynia cordala Thunb)上,观察对鱼腥草产量及其硒含量的影响,结果表明,①3种硒源对鱼腥草的增产趋势不明显,且表现一定的负效应;②3种硒源均能增加鱼腥草的植株含硒量,硒矿粉处理的为0.123mg/kg,富硒复混肥的平均为0.139mg/kg,亚硒酸钠溶液的平均为0.211mg/kg;3种硒源当季效果依次为亚硒酸钠>富硒复混肥>硒矿粉;③4种富硒复混肥的增硒效果差异小(CV=3.234%);④增硒处理能提高植株的硒含量,增加幅度为32.26%~141.94%,400mg/L的亚硒酸钠溶液处理增幅最高,为141.94%,硒矿粉处理的增幅最低,为32.26%。

摘  要:
Application the selenium ore powder which the selenium content was 1 390 mg/kg,the selenium-rich fertilizer which the selenium content were 250 mg/kg,350 mg/kg,450 mg/kg,550 mg/kg and the sodium selenite which the selenium content are 200 mg/L,400 mg/L to wild Houttuynia cordala Thunb which come from the western of Hubei province observed the effect of yield and selenium content on H.cordala,the results showed that:① The trend of yield increasing was not significantly,and showed some negative effects;② Application three kinds of selenium sources could increase the content of selenium in H.cordala,the treatment of selenium ore powder was 0.123 mg/kg,the average of selenium-rich fertilizer was 0.139 mg/kg,the solution of sodium selenite was 0.211 mg/kg,the effect order of three kinds of selenium sources at present was sodium selenite> selenium-rich fertilizer>selenium ore powder;③ There are only a little difference in the effect of increasing the content of selenium using four kinds of selenium-rich fertilizers(CV=3.234%);④The treatment of selenium increasing could improve 32.26%~141.94%.The treatment of 400 mg/L was the highest increase amplitude,and the increasing amplitude was 141.94%,while the treatment of selenium ore powder was the lowest,the increase amplitude was 32.26%.
