纳米硬质合金的ELID磨削

摘  要:
利用ELID磨削技术对纳米硬质合金的磨削性能进行了实验研究,并将纳米硬质合金的磨削性能和普通硬质合金的磨削性能做了对比。分析了磨削工艺参数如磨削深度、工件进给速度对磨削性能的影响。研究结果表明,在相同磨削条件下,纳米硬质合金磨削力高于普通硬质合金,磨削表面质量优于普通硬质合金。

摘  要:
An experiment was conducted to study the grinding property of nano-metric cemented carbide by means of ELID grinding.The difference in grinding property was compared between nano-metric cemented carbide and common cemented carbide.Effects of processing parameters,such as grinding depth and workpiece feed rate,on grinding property were analyzed.Results imply that,under the same conditions,grinding force and surface quality of nano-metric cemented-carbide are higher than those of common cemented carbide.
