牛皮进口关税调减对我国肉牛产业的影响分析

摘  要：
本文在阐述牛皮进口关税对肉牛产业影响机理的基础上,进一步剖析我国牛皮需求、国内生产及进出口状况,研究了牛皮进口关税调整对我国进口牛皮数量与肉牛产业发展的影响。研究结果表明,牛皮进口关税调减必然会引起牛皮进口数量的增加,一定程度上会压缩国内牛皮产量。针对美国、澳大利亚、巴西和意大利等国的自贸区谈判需要谨慎对待牛皮进口关税的问题,特别是首4位代码为4101的生牛皮进口关税的调减。

摘  要：
This paper based on the analysis the mechanism of the effect of the import tariff reduction leather on the beef cattle industry in China,through the analysis of China's leather production and the trend of domestic demand,import and export situation, study the influence of leather import tariff adjustments to leather imported quantity and the development of cattle industry of China. The research results show that, the import tariff reduction will cause leather import quantity increase and compress domestic leather production to a certain extent. So, our government should be cautious in tariff negotiations with leather major exporting countries, such as America Australia Brazil and Italy.
