玉米-豆粕型日粮添加戊聚糖酶对肉仔鸡生长和氮利用率的影响

摘  要:
选用180羽黄羽肉鸡,随机分为3组,每组设5个重复,每重复12羽,研究玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加戊聚糖酶对仔鸡养分利用和生产性能的影响。试验分别在基础口粮中添加500和1000 mg/kg戊聚糖酶,试验结果表明,玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加戊聚糖酶可有效地降低NSP的抗营养作用,添加剂量以1000 mg/kg为宜,此时,氮利用率提高7.0%(P<0.05),肉仔鸡的日增重提高7.3%(P<0.05),饲料转化率改善3.6%(P>0.05),成活率提高3.4%(P>0.05)。

摘  要:
180 one day's old yellow broilers that were randomly divided into 3 groups containing 5 replicates (12 birds per replicates) were used to study the effect of 0, 500 and 1000 mg/kg xylanase on the performance and nitrogen utilization in corn-soybean diets. The results showed that adding 1 000 mg/kg xylanase in corn-soybean diets, the apparent availability of nitrogen was increased by 7. 0%(P< 0. 05). Feed conversion and liability was increased by 7. 3%(P<0. 05), 3. 6%(P>0. 05) and 3. 4% (P>0. 05) respectively.
