YC6105增压中冷柴油机EGR系统的试验研究

摘  要:
为了降低柴油机的氮氧化物排放,作者设计了一套新型的并联文丘利管EGR系统,装在YC6105ZLQ增压中冷柴油机进行试验。试验研究了EGR率对发动机性能和排放的影响规律。根据试验选出了各个工况下的最佳EGR率,并把最佳EGR率下的排放与原机进行了比较。试验结果表明,与原机相比,加入EGR以后,NOx排放降低17.26%,达到了较为理想的效果。

摘  要:
For reducing the NO_x emissions of engine,the author devised a set of new EGR system with venturi pipe on type YC6105ZLQ turbocharged and inter-cooled engine.The effects of different EGR rate on the performances and the(emissions) of engine were researched by engine tests,and the EGR rates of different engine modes were optimized according to the test results.The dynamometer tests have shown that with the help of the EGR control system,the NO_x emissions of engine were reduced by 17.26%,and the ideal effects were received.
