提升大学生营养保健水平教学效果的调查分析

摘  要:
高校教学质量与人才培养均取决于教学改革的实践与探索。以15年《食品营养与保健》课教学改革和连续近四年全校各专业学生选修此课程对教学效果的调查问卷进行评价分析,旨在不断了解学生学习的感受和对教学实践效果的真实反馈,以利采取有效措施深化教学改革,创新教学方法,提高教学质量,为大学公选课教学改革提出有益的建议;为培养身心健康、德才兼备的创新性人才提供借鉴和参考,对提高学生的营养保健水平具有积极的指导作用。

摘  要:
Teaching quality and telents cultivation depend on the practice and exploration of teaching reforms. To understand the students' learning experience and its real effect on feedback toward the teaching practice we evaluated and analyzed the questionnaires conducted to students who took Food Nutrition and Health course during the past four years based on the 15-year teaching reform of this course. We conducted a questionnaire survey to take effective measures to deepen the teacing reform,innovative teaching methods,improve the quality of teaching,draw inspiration for the teaching and curriculum of undergraduate university,and to make useful recommendations and comments and had a positive guiding to enhance student's level of nutrition and health.
