NaHCO_3胁迫对赖草几种生理指标的影响

摘  要:
以赖草为材料,用不同浓度NaHCO(30(CK),50,75,100,150,200,300,400 mmol/L)对其进行胁迫处理,通过对赖草的叶片含水量、SOD活性以及叶绿素、丙二醛、可溶性糖含量的测定,研究赖草的耐盐能力。结果表明,随NaHCO3浓度的增加,SOD活性和可溶性糖含量呈先上升后下降的趋势;丙二醛含量呈上升趋势;叶片含水量在NaHCO3浓度300 mmol/L时才出现差异。综合分析,赖草能忍耐200 mmol/L以下的NaHCO3胁迫。

摘  要:
A study on the salt-resistance ability in Leymus secalinus was conducted under different concentration(0(CK),50,75,100,150,200,300,400 mmol/L) of NaHCO3 stress in terms of water content of leaves,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar,SOD activity and monodehydroascorbate(MDA) content.The results showed that water content of leaves was significant different under 300 mmol/L concentration of NaHCO3.Along with the increase of stress intensity,monodehydroascorbate(MDA) content increased,SOD activity and soluble sugar firstly increased and later decreased.It is concluded that Leymus secalinus could endure NaHCO3 stress for 200 mmol/L.
