不同物质调节醋糟基质理化性状分析及其应用效果

摘  要:
针对醋糟原料酸度大、粗孔隙比例高的特点,采用多种有机和无机物质对其进行调节,堆制发酵后取样进行理化性状分析和作为栽培基质进行育苗栽培试验。结果表明,加入一定量的菇渣、芦苇末、鸡粪、粉煤灰等各种物质后,醋糟基质的pH值调整在5.9~6.3,EC值调整在1.65~1.82 ms/cm,大小孔隙比由1.63降到1.24~1.48。作为栽培基质进行在叶用莴苣和番茄无土栽培育苗中应用效果良好。试验结果表明,用石灰水和尿素作调节物质出苗效果不佳。

摘  要:
Inorganic and organic substances were selected to adjust the high acidity and high proportion of wide air space in vinegar residue substrate(VS);and VS were sampled to analyze physical and chemical properties.Seedling and cultivation experiments were also conducted to confirm the cultivation effects.The results showed that after mixed with different substrates of mushroom,reed residue,chicken manure and flyash,VS pH could be adjusted within 5.9~6.3,EC within 1.65~1.82 ms/cm,and the ratio of large to small air space decreased from 1.63 to 1.24~1.28.Developed VS was suitable for seedling and cultivation of tomato and leaf lettuce.But limewater and carbamide had no good effect on seedlings as supplement substances since they enhanced EC.
