宫衣净酊中盐酸水苏碱HPLC-ELSD测定方法的建立

摘  要：
为了建立宫衣净酊中盐酸水苏碱的HPLC测定方法,采用的色谱条件为色谱柱为赛分Sepax polar-propylamide(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-2 mL/L的冰醋酸(65∶35),流速为0.5mL/min,进样量10μL,柱温为30℃。检测器参数为飘逸管温度为105℃,雾化室的温度为60℃,载气体积流量为1.0 mL/min。结果表明,在此色谱条件下,盐酸水苏碱的线性范围0.155 mg/mL~248.00mg/mL(R~2=0.999 9,n=6),平均回收率为95.46%(RSD=1.08%)。说明本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可以作为宫衣净酊的质量控制方法。

摘  要：
In order to establish an HPLC method for the determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Gong-Yi-Jing tincture,Sepax polar-propylamide column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase of acetonitrile to 2mL/L glacial acetic acid(35∶65)and flow rate of 0.5mL/min were set,the injection volume is 10μL.The column temperature is 30℃.The detector parameters:the evaporation temperature is 105 ℃,the nebulizer temperature is 60 ℃,the flow rate is 1.0mL/min.The results showed that,in these chromatographic conditions,the liner range of stachydrine hydrochloride was 0.155 mg/mL-248.00mg/mL(r=0.999 9,n=6),the average recovery was 95.46%(R=1.08%,n=6).The HPLC method is repeatable,sensitive,and accurate,and can be used for quality control of Gong-Yi-Jing tincture.
