中国食品安全现状与食品质量管理问题思考

摘  要:
食品安全事关国计民生,对食品质量安全的管理已成为政府和民众关注的热点。通过分析发现影响中国食品安全的主要因素分为传统和非传统食品安全因素,探究出中国食品安全在种养殖环节和食品加工与流通环节等存在问题,同时食品质量管理存在食品质量安全标准不完善、不统一和食品安全监管部门职能不清、监管不力等问题。最后,提出了加强中国食品安全及管理的建议和措施。

摘  要:
Food safety is related to people's livelihood.Food quality and safety management has become the focus of the government and people.In this paper,we found major factors affecting China' s food safety included traditional and non-traditional aspects,China' s food safety had some problems in species breeding sector and food processing and circulation sectors,at the same time,there were some problems in China' s food quality management,such as imperfect and non-uniform food quality and safety standards,and unclear functions and lack of supervision of food safety supervision departments.Finally,we proposed some suggestions and measures to strengthen China's food safety and management.
