摘  要:
馕是新疆各族人们在日常生活中接触最多的食品之一。首先简单介绍馕和馕坑的历史,然后对现有馕坑的优缺点进行比较,最后以馕的加工工艺出发,提出一种新的半自动烤馕机设计方案及工作原理。

摘  要:
Uyghur's Bread( Nan) is the most used foods in daily lives of all ethnic group in Xinjiang. The history of Nan and Uyghur's Tonur was introduced,and then the advantages and disadvantages of existing Tonur were compared. At last,a novel design for a half automatic Nan baking machine based on processing techniques of Nan was proposed.
