肉用印度南瓜营养成分含量和果实性状的相关分析

摘  要:
对11个品种肉用印度南瓜主要果实性状进行调查,并对果肉的8种营养(功能)成分测定;通过方差和相关分析得出结论:胡萝卜素、多糖、淀粉、γ-氨基丁酸、粗纤维含量在各个品种间差异均达到极显著,Zn、Cr、葫芦巴碱的含量在各个品种间差异不显著。各种营养成分间、果实性状间有不同程度的相关。

摘  要:
Investigated the main fruit characteristics of 11 Indias pumpkin varieties,and determined 8 nutritional components of pulp. The results were summarized by variance analysis and correlation analysis, the diversity reached significant positively correlated level of varieties carotene,polysaccharide,γ-amlnobutyric and crude fibre content,but the diversity hadnot reached significant positively correlated level of varieties Zn, Cr and Trigonelline content.There were cqrrelation between nutritional components and fruit characteristics.
