葛根异黄酮解酒含片的压片工艺及其性能研究

摘  要:
[目的]探讨葛根异黄酮解酒含片的压片工艺及其性能。[方法]以句容产野生葛根为原料,提取并纯化得到葛根异黄酮。以葛根异黄酮为主要成分,以麦芽糊精、木糖醇和柠檬酸为配料,优化葛根异黄酮解酒含片的压片工艺,并探讨其溶解性和分散性等性能。[结果]葛根异黄酮解酒含片制备压片工艺为:调味料与主料配比为1∶2(w/w)(其中调味料木糖醇和柠檬酸配比为1∶1(w/w);主料麦芽糊精与葛根异黄酮配比为1∶2(w/w),水分含量为4%,烘干温度为60℃;葛根异黄酮解酒含片具有较好的持水性和水溶性,温度对其溶解性、分散性影响较为明显。[结论]制得的葛根异黄酮解酒含片咀嚼感好,硬度适中,酸甜可口,符合大众消费者的口味。

摘  要:
[Objective] To study the technology of isoflavone antialcoholism tablets from RADIX PUERARIAE and its properties.[Methods] With wild RADIX PUERARIAE in Jurong as the raw materials,isoflavone of RADIX PUERARIAE was extracted and purified.With isoflavone of RADIX PUERARIAE as the major component,xylitol,maltodextrin and citric acid were taken as the ingredients.Technology of isoflavone antialcoholism tablets from RADIX PUERARIAE was studied;and the solubility and dispersibility were discussed.[Result] Optimized technology of isoflavone antialcoholism tablets from RADIX PUERARIAE was as follows: the ratio of flavoring(ratio of xylitol and citric acid was 1∶ 1) to main material(ratio of maltodextrin to isoflavone was 1∶ 1)was 1∶ 2(w/w);the moisture content was 4%;and drying temperature was 60 ℃.Isoflavone antialcoholism tablets from RADIX PUERARIAE had relatively high water capacity and water solubility;effects of temperature on the solubility and dispersibility were relatively significant.[Conclusion] Isoflavone antialcoholism tablets from RADIX PUERARIAE had better chew sense,appropriate hardness,suitable acid and sweet flavor,which was consonant with consumer tastes.
