摘  要：
教学责任是大学教师最主要的责任。由于社会对教学认识的片面性、导向失误,学校评价标准失衡、教学培训不到位、支持教学的条件与氛围不够,教师责任意识淡薄、角色多元化等方面的原因,导致教师教学责任缺失。需要通过重新认识教学、调整政策导向、加强制度建设、提升教师自身修养来促使大学教师承担起教学责任。

摘  要：
University teachers are obligated to teach.But such an obligation is often lacking as a consequence of social biased attitude towards tertiary teaching,misconceptions for educational and academic orientation,out-of-balance appraisal for teaching performance,weak teacher training,insufficient conditions and resources for supporting teaching,poor sense of responsibility of faculty,diversified teacher roles and so on.The sense of responsibility of teachers should be strengthened through re-estimating the role of teaching in tertiary education,setting up institutional guarantee and improving faculty's learning and professional ethic and understanding.
