冬、夏季室内外饲养对鸡IL-1、TNF-α含量的影响

摘  要:
为探讨不同季节室内外饲养对鸡IL-1、TNF-α含量的影响,在夏、冬季对35日龄黑脚麻鸡进行室内平养和室外放养,49、63、77、91日龄时用ELISA法测定鸡血清中IL-1、TNF-α含量。结果:(1)夏季49、77、91日龄,室内平养组IL-1、TNF-α含量均低于室外放养组;冬季试验除49日龄外,室内平养组IL-1含量均显著高于室外放养组(P<0.05)。(2)两季节比较,49、63、77日龄时冬季室外放养组IL-1含量高于夏季放养组(P<0.05);冬季室内平养组除49日龄外,IL-1含量均显著高于夏季平养组(P<0.05)。TNF-α含量上,冬季室外放养组除91日龄外,均显著高于夏季放养组(P<0.05);冬季室内平养组TNF-α含量也均显著高于夏季平养组(P<0.05)。结论:夏季室外放养可提高鸡IL-1、TNF-α含量;冬季室内平养可提高鸡IL-1、TNF-α的含量。贵州冬季产生的冷应激可提高鸡血清IL-1、TNF-α的含量。

摘  要:
To study the effects of indoor and outdoor feeding on chicken IL-1 and TNF-α levels in different seasons,in the summer and winter,the 35-day-old black-footed chicken was housed in a flat and outdoor stock,and the levels of IL-1 and TNF-α in chicken serum were determined by ELISA at 49,63,77,91 days of age. Results:( 1) The levels of IL-1 and TNF-α in the group were significantly lower than those in the outdoor stocking group at 49,77 and 91 days. In the winter test,the levels of IL-1 in the group were significantly higher than those in the outdoor stocking group( P < 0. 05).( 2) Comparison of two seasons,the content of IL-1 in winter laying group was higher than that in summer group( P < 0. 05) at 49,63 and77 days old; In addition to the age of 49 days. The contents of IL-1 in the winter group were significantly higher than those in the summer group( P <0. 05). In the TNF-α content,the content of winter group were significantly higher than those in the summer stocking group( P < 0. 05),except for 91 days of age. The content of TNF-α in winter group was also significantly higher than that in summer group( P < 0. 05). Conclusions: in summer,the contents of IL-1 and TNF-α were increased by outdoor stocking; the level of chicken indoor IL-1 and TNF-α could be increased in winter. The cold stress induced by winter in Guizhou can improve the levels of serum IL-1 and TNF-α in chicken serum.
