FSAE赛车车架的自由模态分析

摘  要：
车架是FSAE赛车的承载主体,同时为车手提供安全保障。在建立好车架的三维模型后,导入到ANSYS中进行处理,然后利用有限元法对FSAE赛车车架的自由模态进行了研究。通过分析得到车架的前6阶固有频率和振型,并验证了车架固有频率是否避开了激振的频率范围,为车架的优化设计提供了理论依据。

摘  要：
The Frame is an important load bearing part of the FSAE racing car,and it provides the security assurance for driver at the same time. The paper built a 3D model of the frame,and imported it to ANSYS for analyzing,and then studied the free mode of the FSAE racing frame based on finite element method. Through analyzing the first six order natural frequency and vibration modes,it is verified weather the natural frequency of the frame avoids the range of vibration frequency,and which can provide a theoretical basis for the frame optimization.
