某FSAE赛车双A臂前悬架的运动学分析及优化

摘  要:
对FSAE赛车拉杆式双A臂前悬架进行了运动学分析,确定了拉杆式悬架导向机构的运动学解析方程,并在多体动力学软件ADAMS/Car中建模仿真,分析了所设计赛车前悬架的不足所在,最后在ADAMS/Insight中对拉杆式双A臂独立悬架的运动特性进行了多目标优化。通过优化,悬架的车轮定位参数随车轮跳动变化得更合理,悬架的运动学特性明显改善,提高了整车悬架改进设计的效率和整个赛车的操作稳定性,为拉杆式前悬架赛车悬架运动学的分析及优化提供了一般方法。

摘  要:
A kinematics analysis of a double A-arm FSAE racing car front suspension is conducted and the kinematics analytic equation of the suspension guiding mechanism is determined. Through modeling and simulation in ADAMS / CAR——a multibody dynamics computer simulation, the defects of the CAR front suspension is analyzed. Finally, the performance of the double arm independent suspension is multi-objectively optimized in ADAMS / Insight. Through optimization of suspension, the wheel alignment parameter has changed more reasonable with the wheel hop, the kinematic characteristics of the suspension have been improved significantly, the efficiency of the vehicle suspension design and the stability of the whole car have been enhanced, all of which offer a general method for the analysis and optimization of the rod type front suspension car suspension kinematics.
