摘  要:
在FSAE赛车悬架系统设计中,利用ADAMS/Car软件对赛车悬架进行虚拟样机模型建立,分析横向稳定杆对赛车悬架性能的影响。对横向稳定杆力臂长度进行分析优化,完成横向稳定杆的设计。通过比对不同力臂长度的横向稳定杆造成的赛车动态性能的变化,选取出匹配赛车设计要求的参数值,从而有效地减少了赛车轮胎的磨损,同时提高赛车操纵稳定性。

摘  要:
In the design of FSAE racing car suspension system, the virtual prototyping model of FSAE racing car suspension is established using ADAMS/Car software, then the influence of anti-roll bar on its performance is analyzed and the force arm length of anti-roll bar is optimized, and so the design is finished. By comparing the different change of racing car dynamic caused by force arm length, the proper value that matches the demand of the racing car's design is selected. Thus, it can reduce the tires' wear and improve the handling stability effectively.
