食品冷藏链主要是面向于食品工业等领域 ,直接和人民生活相联系 ,它包括食品加工、保鲜贮藏和流通运输三大类 ,本文分析了食品冷藏链所涉及的技术领域及相互之间的内在联系 ,在分析了食品冷藏链在国内外的发展现状的基础上 ,展望了食品冷藏链技术与应用发展前景。食品冷藏链设备在中国有很大的市场前景 ,只要投入力量 ,摸清当前市场产品的现状 ,提高食品冷藏链设备自动控制水平以提高食品质量 ,将会给企业带来新的经济增长点。

摘要：

The chain of food refrigeration, transportation and storage is nearly connected with the living of people. It includes food processing, storage and transportation. The technologies and the relations among these technologies are introduced in this paper. Based on the application status quo, an analysis is made to forecast the development of this technology and its application and market. The technology and the equipment of the chain of refrigeration, transportation and storage are very important for food industry. The development of this technology will improve the living of people and accelerate the development of national economy.
