木薯杆多角度切割力学特性测试仪的设计与试验

摘  要:
为方便木薯杆多角度切割的力学特性测量,设计一种利用弹簧形变改变角度测力的工具。通过旋转变换角度,在确定角度α下弹簧压缩形变推动刀头剪切进行作用。切割力的测量范围是0.057 15~1.428 75kN。为验证测试仪的可用性,在田间进行切割木薯杆试验,在α角度下,利用测出的弹簧形变量计算该角度下的切割力。试验表明,该测试仪与万能试验机对比结果显示,测试精度达到了2.38%,且在不同粗细的木薯杆在45°时切割力较小,最大省力为0.342 9kN,达到了60%。该测试仪能满足设计要求,可为后续研究提供理论基础。

摘  要:
The measuring instrument which could change angle and make use of spring deformation was designed.Through rotating angle,the shearing action of cutter head was driven by the spring compression deformation under the angle alpha.The measuring range of the cutting force is 0.057 15~1.428 75 kN.To verify the usability of the testing instrument,the cassava pole cutting test was taken in the field.The cutting force of cassava rod with different thickness is small at 45°,and the maximum effort reaches 60% at 0.342 9kN,and the 1cassava rod elastic modulus is max at 0.705 6GPa.The instrument can meet the design requirements and provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up study.
