微波辅助提取脐橙皮多糖的工艺研究

摘  要:
为了研究脐橙皮中水溶性多糖的提取条件,用微波辅助提取法,通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究了料液比、提取时间、提取功率对多糖提取率的影响。结果表明,各提取因素影响程度顺序为功率>时间>料液比;脐橙皮多糖的最佳提取条件为料液比1∶30,提取时间10 min,功率305 W。此提取条件下,脐橙皮的多糖提取率为4.22%。

摘  要:
The single factor test and orthogonal test design were used to study the extraction condition of soluble polysaccharide from navel orange by microwave and the effects of different material/water ratio,extraction time and microwave power on extraction rate of polysaccharide.The results showed that the degree order affecting polysaccharide extraction rate was power >time >material/water ratio,the optimum extraction condition was 1∶30 material/water ratio,10 min and 305W.The polysaccharide extraction rate from navel oranges can be up to 4.22% under the optimum extraction condition.
