摘  要:
在梳理国家食品安全应急管理建设的三个发展阶段的基础上,着重分析了2013年国家食品安全监管体制改革以来,我国食品安全应急管理面临的新问题,并提出优化应急管理体系的路径探索。

摘  要:
Under the new regulatory system,innovation is what is needed in China's food safety emergency management. After carding the three stages of development of national emergency management,this paper analyzed new problems of emergency management faced by China since the national food safety regulatory system reform in 2013,and explored new ways for optimization of the path of the emergency management system.
