复合型絮凝剂PSAFC-CTS的制备及其对印染废水处理效果的影响

摘  要:
利用单因素试验和正交试验,对复合絮凝剂聚合硅酸氯化铝铁-壳聚糖(PSAFC-CTS)处理印染废水的最佳条件进行了研究。结果表明,在聚合温度60℃,p H 5,PSAFC∶CTS比例为7∶3,搅拌时间为15min时可得到较为满意的处理效果,废水的吸光度由2.420 8降为0.253 0,COD去除率达到80.93%。

摘  要:
The optimal conditions of coagulation experiment on the dyeing wastewater were studied by using the method of orthogonal test. The composite flocculant PSAFC-CTS was prepared by polysilicate ferric aluminum chloride(PSAFC) and chitosan(CTS). The results showed that the absorbency of the wastewater reduced from 2.420 8 to 0.253 0 and the removal rate of COD reached to 80.93%,when the optimal conditions were the temperature of 60 ℃, p H 5, PSAFC:CTS as 7∶3, and the mixing time of 15 min.
