直/支链淀粉比调控动物胃肠道形态结构和功能的研究进展

摘  要:
淀粉是植物性饲料碳水化合物的主要成分,也是大多数动物饲粮中最丰富的能量来源。饲粮中直/支链淀粉比对动物形成完善的胃肠道形态结构和功能的影响存在差异,研究日粮中淀粉的精准供应有助于维持动物的生产性能和保证动物健康。本文从淀粉的结构组成特点着手,对饲粮中直/支链淀粉比影响和调控动物胃肠道的形态结构和功能的研究进展作以简单综述。

摘  要:
As we know, starch is the main source of carbohydrates in plant feed. What′ s more, it′ s also the major source of energy required for both ruminant and monogastric animals. Influence of different dietary amylose and amylopectin ratio on gastrointestinal tract morphology and function are vary, study on the accuracy supply of dietary starch to animals is benefit to their production performance and health. This review summarized the characteristics of starch, in order to provide references for related studies, research progress about influence of different dietary amylose and amylopectin ratio on morphology and function of gastrointestinal tract were reviewed in this paper.
