摘 要:
本文旨在研究不同日粮直/支链淀粉比对黄羽肉仔鸡生产性能及养分利用率的影响。试验采用单因子设计,选用29日龄黄羽肉仔鸡320只,随机分为4个处理,每处理设5个重复,每重复16只鸡,分别饲喂直/支链淀粉比为0.11、0.23、0.35、0.47的试验日粮。试验为期28d,测定了肉仔鸡生产性能和饲料养分消化率,结果表明:日粮直/支链淀粉比影响动物的生产性能和饲料养分利用率,试鸡平均日采食量直/支链淀粉比为0.11的日粮组显著高于其他各处理(P<0.05),但料重比却以直/支链淀粉比为0.23的日粮组最低(P<0.05);日粮各氨基酸的消化率除苏氨酸、蛋氨酸和赖氨酸直/支链淀粉比0.23日粮组略低于直/支链淀粉比0.11的日粮组外,其他各氨基酸均以直/支链淀粉比0.23日粮组最高,其次是直/支链淀粉比0.11、0.35和0.47日粮组;日粮代谢能值也以直/支链淀粉比0.23日粮组最高,AME、AMEn、TME、TMEn值分别为15.20、14.70、15.60和15.04MJ/kg,比直/支链淀粉比为0.11、0.35、0.47的日粮组高7.80%、2.70%、6.37%;7.14%、3.45%、7.30%;7.22%、3.31%、6.78%和6.21%、3.65%、7.28%(P<0.05)。

摘 要:
A single factor design was adopted to investigate the effects of different dietary amylose/amylopectin ratios on the production performance and nutrient availability of yellow broilers.Three hundred and twenty 29-day-old female yellow broilers were randomly allocated to 4 groups with 5 replicates of 16 broilers.Four diets with dietary amylose/amylopectin ratios of 0.11,0.23,0.35 and 0.47 were available ad libitum.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed that the dietary amylose/amylopectin ratio had effects on the production performance and nutrient availability of yellow broilers.The average daily feed intake of broilers fed on the diet with the amylose/amylopectin ratio of 0.11 was significantly higher than in other treatments(P<0.05),while the lowest feed/gain ratio was found in the treatment with the amylose/amylopectin ratio of 0.23(P<0.05).Except Thr,Met and Lys,whose apparent and true digestibility were little lower in diet with the amylose/amylopectin ratio of 0.23 than 0.11,the apparent and true digestibility of other amino acids were the highest in diet with the amylose/amylopectin ratio of 0.23,followed by 0.11,0.35 and 0.47.The metabolic energy value of the diet with the amylose/amylopectin ratio of 0.23 was also the highest in the 4 treatments,and the caculated AME,AMEn,TME and TMEn were 15.20,14.70,15.60 and 15.04 MJ/kg respectively,7.80%,2.70%,6.37%;7.14%,3.45%,7.30%;7.22%,3.31%,6.78% and 6.21%,3.65%,7.28% higher than in diets with the amylose/amylopectin ratio of 0.11,0.35 and 0.47(P<0.05).
