水/油溶剂中酰胺基羧酸镁配合物的聚集性能研究

摘  要:
采用化学反应法,合成了镁配合物表面活性剂:辛酰丙氨酸镁和辛酰苯丙氨酸镁的混合物。在水/油溶剂中对镁配合物表面活性剂进行了电导率、核磁共振和粘度的测试,并研究了水对其聚集性质的影响。实验结果表明:在疏水有机溶液中,由于亲水-亲油平衡,镁配合物表面活性剂形成了聚集体。少量的水促进了溶解度的增加及聚集物的形成。通过增加水的含量,发现了在水-正己醇或水-环己醇等的混合溶液中,聚集体的结构发生了从逆胶束到双连续微乳液结构的转变。镁离子与配体之间强的相互作用主要反映在镁配合物表面活性剂的聚集行为特性上。

摘  要:
Magnesium complex surfactants were synthesized by using chemical methods in this paper,which was a mixture of octanoyl alanine magnesium and octanoyl phenylalanine magnesium. Conductivity,magnetic resonance and viscosity for magnesium complex surfactants were tested in the mixed solution of water and organic solvent,and the effects of water on its aggregation properties were studied. The results showed that the aggregates was formed on surfactant of the magnesium complex in a hydrophobic organic solvent due to the hydrophilic- lipophilic balance. A small amount of water can increase of the solubility for the complex and promoted the formation of the compound. It was found the structure of aggregates changed from reverse micelles to bicontinuous microemulsion by increasing the water content in the mixed solution of water / hexanol or water / cyclohexanol. The strong interaction between the magnesium ion and the ligand reflects in the aggregation behavior characteristics of the magnesium complex surfactant.
