代际视角下的上下级冲突研究述评与展望

摘  要:
通过对上下级冲突和代际冲突相关文献的分析,可以引出上下级代际冲突这一概念,并将其界定为具有直接上下级关系且出生于不同年代的员工之间产生的冲突。针对上下级代际冲突的表现、成因、对策以及与相关变量的关系等方面进行文献述评,并在剖析现有研究不足的基础上对未来研究进行简要展望,对该领域的研究具有一定的参考价值。

摘  要:
A review of the literature related to the conflict between the superior and the subordinate and the intergenerational conflict gives birth to the concept of intergenerational conflict between the superior and subordinate,and defines it as a conflict between employees with a superior-subordinate relationship and different ages.The review focuses on performance,causes,countermeasures and relationship with the related variables.The shortcomings in the existing researches are then pointed out and the prospect of the researches in the field is given,thus working as a reference for future researches.
