基于近红外光谱茶叶种类的快速识别

摘  要:
分别应用2种不同型号近红外分析仪测定4个不同种类茶叶的光谱曲线,对不同的光谱数据预处理方式和不确定因子系数进行比较,确立最优定性判别定标模型。结果表明,NIRSystems6500型分析仪对不同种类茶叶的准确识别率达100%,效果较好。这种利用近红外光谱的判别技术可对茶叶的种类进行快速识别。

摘  要:
A preliminary study on fast recognition of tea species was carried out by using near infrared spectros(NIRS)copy method.The spectrum curves of four species of tea were measured by two different models of NIR analyzers.The comparative study was done with the different spectral data pretreatment methods and the uncertain factor coefficients,and the optimal calibration model for qualitative discrimination was established.The results show that the accurate recognition rate by NIRSystems6500 analyzer is better,up to 100%.This explains that this discrimination technology is credible and can be operated simply and fast.
