基于NIR的纯牛奶中三聚氰胺检测方法研究

摘  要:
近期国内乳制品中非法添加三聚氰胺事件的出现对乳制品中三聚氰胺的快速检测方法提出了迫切的要求.为此,研究了将近红外光谱法用于纯牛奶中三聚氰胺的快速定性和定量检测.实验首先配制三聚氰胺含量0.0973~96.7806mg/kg的纯牛奶样品19个,纯牛奶样品5个.结果表明:通过近红外光谱法与聚类分析法结合可将含有和不含有三聚氰胺的牛奶样品快速准确分类.在此基础上,实验进一步配制三聚氰胺含量0.9754~19.5672mg/kg的牛奶样品19个,结合光谱预处理和波长选择及模型优化方法,建立了三聚氰胺的近红外定量分析模型.结果表明:所建立的牛奶中三聚氰胺含量的近红外定量分析模型具有较好的稳定性和预测能力(RSD3).

摘  要:
The incident which adding melamine into dairy products in China recently put an urgency request for detection of melamine in dairy products. In this paper,NIRS was used in rapid qualitative and quantitative testing for melamine of pure milk. The experiment first compounds 19 pure milk samples which melamine content is 0. 097 3 -96. 780 6mg /kg,and 5 pure milk samples. The result indicated:through the two methods union of NIRS and the cluster analysis method we can fast accurate classify the two milk samples of includes with does not include melamine. Based on this,this experiment further compounds 19 milk samples which melamine content 0. 975 4 -19. 567 2mg /kg. The spectrum pretreatment and wave length choice were employed before model optimization. As a result,the model for predicting the content of mela-mine was built up and results indicated that the NIR models of content of melamine content in pure milk had good stability and predictability ( RSD 3).
