基于单片机的无人机变量控制系统的设计

摘  要:
针对目前我国喷药系统在速度和喷量方面的不完善,设计了可调节流量的喷药控制系统。采用单片机调节超声波测速,控制电机转速,从而达到速度的变化,进而控制喷药系统的流量,实现速度闭环系统;用算法调节有关控制信号及参数,以实现电机转速变化,并在LED上实时显示速度等。在相同的试验条件下,通过设置不同的速度,进行了针对流量变化的相应试验。结果表明:该系统运行可靠,自动化程度高,有利于速度控制流量的完善,适用于无人机喷施系统。

摘  要:
Based on the current our country spraying system in speed and spray amount above is imperfect,the spraying of variable flow control system were designed.Adjust the ultrasonic velocity,by single chip microcomputer control motor speed,so as to achieve the change of speed,to control the flow rate of the spraying system to realize single closed-loop speed,using a keyboard input control of the parameters and control signals,can achieve motor and braking,and reversing,speed regulation,and real-time display on LED input parameters and dynamic speed.Under the same experimental conditions,by setting the different speed,made in view of the corresponding test flow changes,test to show that the reliability of the system and a high degree of automation,help to the improvement of the speed control flow,suitable for unmanned aerial vehicle spraying system.
