猪肉行业企业实施HACCP体系的意愿研究——基于江苏省调查数据的分析

摘  要:
采用问卷调查的方式获得江苏省猪肉屠宰加工行业相关企业数据,通过主成分分析法和Logit模型,对食品加工企业实施HACCP体系意愿的影响因素进行了实证分析。结果显示:对企业实施HACCP体系的意愿可能产生影响的因素有决策者支持、公司规模、政府行为、国内市场需求和国际市场需求5个主成分,其中政府行为的影响不显著。

摘  要:
Correlative company data were obtained by questionnaire survey.Influencing factors of companies' willingness about implementing HACCP system in pork industry of Jiangsu Province were analyzed using Main Factor Analysis and Logit regression.Result showed that the influencing factors could be reduced to five principle components,which were support of manager,scale of company,action of government,demand of domestic market and demand of international market.Among them,the effect of action of government was not notable.
