摘  要:
基于5M1E分析法,从人力、机械、物料、方法、测量、环境等6个方面分析了食品加工企业进货质量的影响因素,并运用鱼骨分析图分析了进货质量问题产生的原因。基于分析结果,提出了提高食品加工企业进货质量管理水平的对策。

摘  要:
Based on 5M1E analysis method,the influencing factors on quality problems of food processing enterprises were analyzed from six aspects of manpower,machinery,material,method,measurement and environment.By using fishbone diagram,the causes for purchasing quality problems were analyzed,several countermeasures for improving management level of food processing enterprises were put forward.
