温泉林区思茅松毛虫综合治理研究初报

摘  要：
在云南分布的松毛虫有七种,但主要的是云南松毛虫(Dendrolimus latipennisWalk.)、思茅松毛虫(D.kikuchii Mats.)以及马尾松毛虫的两个亚种:德昌松毛虫(D.punctatus techangensis Tsai et Liu)和文山松毛虫(D.punctatus wenshan-ensis Tsai et Liu).据了解常年全省森林受害一般在百万亩左右;猖獗年份,如1977年,仅思茅地区受害面积即达380多万亩.思茅松毛虫一般食害思茅松及云南松.在思茅及临沧等地区,常与云南松毛虫混同

Since a forest ecosystem,whether natural or artificial,is usually ecologically well balanced especially in comparison with agro-ecosystem,so it is wise to manage forest pests,such as the pine caterpillar,by depending as much as possible on the natural control agents existing in the forest ecosystem itself.
