糙皮侧耳优良菌株筛选研究

摘  要:
从15株糙皮侧耳菌株中进行优良菌株的筛选,首先对菌株进行栽培试验,测定它们的生长速度、生长势、采收天数和产量,从中初步筛选早熟、高产的优良菌株;然后采用全自动氨基酸分析仪测定这些优良菌株的必需氨基酸含量,从中进一步筛选营养价值高的优良菌株。结果表明:共获得6株优良菌株,分别为菌株6号、7号、8号、9号、13号和14号。它们的采收天数为32.25~33.88d,产量为23.22~32.71g/瓶,必需氨基酸含量为6.66~7.79g/100g。

摘  要:
Screening of superior strains was carried out among 15 strains of Pleurotus ostreatus.Firstly,growth rate,growth vigour,growth period and yield were measured by cultivation experiment in order to screen preliminarily superior strains with the characteristics of shorter growth period and higher yield.Essential amino acids content of 8superior strains was measured using automatic amino acids analyzer in order to screen more superior strains with the characteristics of higher nutritional value based on essential amino acids content.The results showed that 6strains had higher essential amino acid contents than others among 8superior strains.They are strain No.6,No.7,No.8,No.9,No.13 and No.14.The growth period,yield and essential amino acids content was 32.25~33.88 d,23.22~32.71g/bottle and 6.66~7.79g/100 g,respectively.
