科尔沁沙地两种建群植物抗旱性机理的比较研究

摘  要:
在土壤水分充足(含水量13.1% )和干旱(4.7% )条件下,对处于沙漠化不同演替阶段的两种沙生植物冷蒿和差巴嘎蒿的多项抗旱性生理指标进行了测定,结果表明:1.在两种土壤水分状况下,冷蒿的相对水分亏缺、束缚水含量、束/自值、综合抗旱性指数和脯氨酸含量均明显高于差巴嘎蒿,水势均低于差巴嘎蒿。2.土壤水分由充足变为干旱时,冷蒿上述指标增加或降低的幅度远远大于差巴嘎蒿,如水分相对亏缺冷蒿增加 7.37% ,差巴嘎蒿增加0.29% ;束缚水含量冷蒿增加 11.57% ,差巴嘎蒿增加4.81% ,冷蒿的束/自值和脯氨酸含量的增加约为差巴嘎蒿的 10 倍。3.冷蒿的叶绿素含量(叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素)在土壤干旱且持续时间较长时均高于差巴嘎蒿,土壤水分充足时则低于差巴嘎蒿。4.土壤干旱时,冷蒿在一日内各时刻的蒸腾速率、气孔导度和水势值皆低于差巴嘎蒿,且日间波动平缓。

摘  要:
The drought resistant indexes of Artemisia frigida and Artemisiaha lodendron in different desertifying succession phrases were measured under the two level of soil moisture(13.1% and 4.7%). The results are: 1. water potential of A. frigida is lower than that of A. halodendron but water relative deficit, bound water content, ratio of boundwater/free water(BW/FW), the comprehensive drought resistant indexes and the proline of A.frigida are higher than those of A. halodendron under two soil moisture level; 2.under the lower soil moisture level, the indexes of A. frigida increased more than those of A. halodendron, for instance, the relative water deficit and bound water content in A. frigida increased 7.37% and 11.57% but only 0.29% and 4.81% in A. halodendron, respectively, ratio of BW/FW and the proline of A. frigida increased ten times more than those of A. halodendron; 3. chlorophyll(a,b and a+b) of A. frigida was higher than that of A. halodendron when soil moisture remained low for a long time, but it was reverse when soil moisture was sufficient; 4. with soil drought, the day' s mean value of transpiration rate, stomata conductance and water potential in A. frigida was lower than that in A. halodendron, and their changes were within a narrow range. 螅酰? 4℃~6℃,photosynthesis was increased linearly as the increase of temperature,and the maximum value was measured under 35℃~36℃,and then began to decline.High temperature compensation point of photosynthesis was at 45℃~48℃.The respiration rate was also increased with the increase of temperature,but the maximum value was measured under 42℃~45℃,then the respiration rate was decreased.③Light compensation point of photosynthesis was kept steady from 5℃ to 25℃,up 25℃,it began to increase.Light saturation point was increased as the increase of temperature,up 35℃,it was decreased as the increase of temperature.From 15℃ to 35℃,higher ratio of photosynthesis to respiration and apparent quantum yield was measured in grain sorghum leaves.④There were nearly the same chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate in the leaves of Nucleo cytoplasmic(NC)hybrids and in those of their parents of grain sorghum.But,10 high yield hybrids showed higher chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate.⑤The chlorophyll content in NC hybrids was positively correlated significantly( P <0 01) with their male parents,there were no correlation with their female parents.Net photosynthetic rate in NC hybrids was positively correlated to their parents.But,the correlation between NC hybrids with their male parent was more close than those with their female parents.
