摘 要:
以多种硅胶柱层析、Sephdex LH-20凝胶柱层析及半制备HPLC等色谱技术,对牡丹雄蕊乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,并利用MS、NMR等波谱分析方法,并与文献数据对照,确定所得化合物的结构,共分离鉴定出5个化合物,包括3个单萜糖苷类化合物芍药苷(1)、4-O-甲基芍药苷(2)及paeonidanin(3),以及2个甾体类化合物谷甾醇(4)及豆甾醇(5)。以上化合物均为首次从牡丹雄蕊中分离得到。

摘 要:
Column chromatography of silica gel and Sephdex LH-20,and semi-PHPLC were used to isolated and purified the chemical constituents of the ethanol extract of Peony stamen.The structures of the chemical constituents were identified by MS and NMR spectral analysis and by comparison with the data of literature.Then five compounds were isolated and identified,including three monoterpene glucosides paeoniflorin(1),4-O-methyl-paeoniflorin(2) and paeonidanin(3),and two steroids sitosterol(4) and stigmasterol(5).All the compounds were isolated from Peony stamen for the first time.
