低剂量辐照种蛋对孵化及其肉雏刺激效应的研究

摘  要：
用0.32Gy、0.45Gy、0.60Gy 3种剂量的~(60)Co-γ射线辐照 AA 鸡种蛋,以0.45Gy 剂量的效果最好。其孵化率比对照组高8.8％～9.3％。又以0.45Gy 剂量处理种蛋后孵出的肉雏,进行饲养试验。结果是56日龄试验组、对照组的死亡率分别为1.8％、7.8％。相应的肉料比为1:2.85、1:3.14。测定经处理后的60日龄肉雏的生理生化指标。其结果是试验组鸡的呼吸、体温、血红蛋白、血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白都较对照组高。淀粉酶活性显著升高,差异显著(P<0.05);碱性磷酸酶和谷丙转氨酶的活性略升高。试验组鸡的心脏、肝脏的重量显著重,差异显著(P<0.05)。胴体及其大部分器官均略重。

摘  要：
Arber Acres (AA) hen breeding eggs were irradiated at three dosages of 0.3,0.45 and 0.6Gy.The 0.45Gy dosage got best efficiency,with hatchability 8.8-9.3% higher than that of control.The death rate of the experimental group with eggs irradiated at 0.45Gy to 56 day-old and that of the control group were 1.8 and 7.8%,with meat-feed ratios 1:2.85 and 1:3.14,resp.The physiological and biochemical indexes including respiration,temperature, haemoglobin,total proteins and albumin of serum in experimental group were higher than that of control.Amylase activity was significantly increased (P<0.05).Alkaline phosphalase (APK) and glatanate-pyruvale transaminase (GPT) Activities were slightly in- creased.Weights of heart and liver were significantly higher for experimental group (P<0.05),while weights of carcass and most organs were slightly higher.
