摘  要:
微波消解预处理冬凌草,采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法同时测其砷和汞含量,详细考察了仪器工作条件和消解条件对检测结果的影响。结果表明,在最佳的测试条件下,砷在0~10.0μg/L范围内,相关系数为0.999 6,加标回收率为102.5%;汞在0~1.0μg/L范围内,相关系数为0.999 8,加标回收率为95.00%;砷和汞的检出限分别为0.074μg/L,0.014μg/L。

摘  要:
A simple,rapid,and accurate procedure for determining arsenic(As) and mercury(Hg) in Rabdosia rubescens simultaneously based on microwave digestion followed by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS),which could be also applicable to that in other Chinese traditional medicines,was developed,and instrument and digestion conditions effects on the determination were systematically investigated.Under the optimized conditions,the detection limit was 0.074μg/L and 0.014μg/L for As and Hg,respectively.The correlation coefficient and the recovery percentage was 0.9996 and 102.5% for As in the concentration range of 0-10.0μg/L,and 0.9998 and 95% for Hg in the concentration range of 0-1.0μg/L,respectively.
