冬凌草中抑菌成分研究

摘  要:
从冬凌草中分离出3个化合物,分别鉴定为冬凌草甲素(1)、冬凌草乙素(2)和5-羟基-2-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-6,7,8-三甲氧基黄酮(3)。生测结果表明:化合物1对供试的7种植物病原真菌的菌丝生长有一定的抑制作用,但活性较低,质量浓度为500mg/L时抑制率低于50%;3个化合物对供试的4种病原真菌孢子具有一定的抑制作用,EC50值在668~3869mg/L之间,活性明显低于对照药剂嘧霉胺(EC50值160~421mg/L)。化合物1、2对供试的3种革兰氏阳性细菌有较好的抑菌活性,其MIC值在15.63~31.25mg/L之间,化合物3对供试4种细菌没有明显的抑菌活性。

摘  要:
Three compounds were isolated from the aerial part of Rabdosia rubescens,and were identified as oridonin(1), rubescensine B(2)and 5-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-6,7,8-trimethoxy-flavone(3).The bioassay results showed that the compound 1 exhibited inhibitory activity to the mycelium growth of the tested 7 species of fungus,and the inhibitory rate was less than 50%at the concentration of 500 mg/L.Three compounds had considerable inhibitory activity to the spore germination of the tested 4 species of fungus,but antifungal activity of three compounds(EC 50 , 668-3869 mg/L)was obviously weaker than that of the contrast(EC 50 ,160-421 mg/L).The bioassay results also showed that compound 1 and 2 had stronger activity against three gram-positive bacteria,the values of minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)were 15.63-31.25 mg/L.Compound 3 had no antibacterial activity against the tested bacteria.
