冬凌草内生真菌抗肿瘤活性菌株筛选

摘  要:
[目的]筛选冬凌草内生真菌抗肿瘤活性菌株,为开发利用冬凌草内生真菌资源提供依据。[方法]以药用植物冬凌草为试验材料,分离筛选能产抗肿瘤活性物质的内生真菌。通过组织分离法,从贵州省施秉县产冬凌草中分离到152株植物内生真菌,利用抗肿瘤体外细胞增殖抑制筛选模型(SRB法)对其进行活性检测。[结果]结果表明,20株内生真菌(占总分离菌株的13.1%)对人慢性髓性白血病K562细胞具有显著的增殖抑制活性。[结论]冬凌草内生真菌是寻找抗肿瘤活性代谢产物的良好资源。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to screen the antitumor strains from endophytic fungi in Rabdosia rubescens and provide the basis for exploring and utilizing endophytic fungi resources.[Method] 152 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from Rabdosia rubescens in Shibing County of Guizhou Province.And their fermented products were screened with K562 cells by SRB method.[Result] The results showed that 20 strains had cell proliferation inhibitory activity on K562 cells,which possessed 13.1% of total 152 strains tested.[Conclusion] Endophytic fungi from Rabdosia rubescens are well resources for researching antitumor metabolites.
