温度对等离子体处理后竹塑复合材表面的影响

摘  要:
为改善竹塑复合材料表面润湿性能,开发强度高、粘接性能较好的竹塑产品,以竹粉、PETG和MAPE为原料制备竹塑复合材料,利用等离子体处理系统在氧气氛围下,以300 W功率处理3 min,置于温度为-40℃、26℃、65℃保存一段时间,利用静滴接触角/界面张力测量仪及傅立叶变换红外光谱仪对其表面润湿性和官能团进行表征。结果表明:接触角随着保存时间增加而增大,之后趋于平缓,当保存时间小于48 h,在26℃条件下的接触角度数最小;当保存时间超过48 h,在-40℃时接触角最小;经过氧等离子处理,其表面含氧基团数量增加。在相同保存时间内,26℃环境条件下的C=O和C=C等基团的波峰强度最大,但均随时间延长,各对应的波峰强度逐步减弱。

摘  要:
In order to improve the surface wettability then to develop bamboo plastic composites( BPC) with good adhesion,the bamboo / PETG composites were prepared with bamboo power,PETG and MAPE as raw material. The BPC samples were firstly treated for3 min by oxygen plasma processing system with power of 300 W,then the treated samples were transferred to environments with temperature of- 40 ℃,26 ℃ and 65 ℃ respectively for certain time,finally,the wettability and functional groups of BPC were characterized by the static drop Contact Angle and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer respectively. The Contact Angle( CA) increased quickly with holding time and then leveled off. The CA under the condition of 26 ℃ was minimum when the holding time was less than 48 h while,the CA under the condition of- 40 ℃ was minimum when the holding time was more than 48 h,The surface oxygen groups increased after oxygen plasma treatment. The intension of functional group of C = O and C = C excited by oxygen plasma was maximum with holding condition of 26 ℃ at same holding duration,but decreased over the holding duration.
