增氧灌溉对大棚甜瓜生长、品质和产量的影响

摘  要:
以"黄梦脆"厚皮甜瓜为试材,采用不增氧灌溉(CK,溶解氧浓度为3.4 mg·L~(-1))和4个增氧灌溉处理(T1:微纳米气泡发生器增氧灌溉,溶解氧浓度6.8 mg·L~(-1);T2、T3处理:过氧化尿素增氧灌溉,溶解氧浓度分别为6.8、10.2 mg·L~(-1);T4处理:坐果前过氧化尿素增氧灌溉,溶解氧浓度为10.2 mg·L~(-1);坐果后微纳米气泡发生器增氧灌溉,溶解氧浓度为6.8 mg·L~(-1)),通过对甜瓜各时期植株的生长性状和品质、产量指标进行测量,研究不同增氧灌溉方式对甜瓜植株生长和果实的品质、产量的影响,为甜瓜增氧灌溉提供参考依据。结果表明:2种增氧方式效果明显;采用过氧化尿素增氧灌溉时(T2、T3、T4处理),对甜瓜的产量和品质都造成不利影响;当全生育期采用微纳米气泡发生器增氧灌溉(T1处理)时,植株各生长时期的株高、主蔓粗、平均叶长、平均叶宽等性状均大于其它处理和对照,果实的平均单果质量和果肉厚度、可溶性固形物含量、产量、品质等性状表现为最优。大棚甜瓜种植采用微纳米气泡发生器加氧灌溉,促进植株生长,增加甜瓜的产量,安装简单、使用成本低,是一项值得推广的农用装备。

摘  要:
In order to study the effects of increase oxygation irrgation on growth,quality and yield of Muskmelon and provide basis for oxygation,muskmelon variety of 'Huang Mengcui' was used as experimental materials in greenhouse.The differences among irrigation without oxygen(CK,at dissolved oxygen concentration of 3.4 mg·L~(-1)) and four different oxygation treatments were investigated,oxygation at dissolved oxygen concentration of 6.8 mg·L~(-1) with micro-nano bubble generating device(T1),oxygation at dissolved oxygen concentration of 6.8 mg·L~(-1) and 10.2 mg·L~(-1) with urea peroxide(T2 and T3),oxygation at dissolved oxygen concentration of 10.2 mg·L~(-1) with urea peroxide before fruit setting and oxygation at dissolved oxygen concentration of 6.8 mg·L~(-1) with micro-nano bubble generating device after fruit setting(T4).The results showed that two oxygation methods had obvious effect.The yield and quality of muskmelon were adversely affected by oxygenated irrigation with urea peroxide(T2,T3,T4).In T1 treatment,during the whole growth period,average plant height,average main stem diameter,average leaf length,average leaf width and other traits were better than those of other treatments and controls,and the single fruit weight,flesh thickness,soluble solids content and other yield and quality traits were the best.Micro-nano bubble generating device was used to irrigation with oxygen in muskmelon cultivation,could promote plant growth and increase melon yield,simple installation and low cost,was a piece of agricultural equipment worth promoting.
