增氧灌溉对秋黄瓜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘  要:
以大棚秋黄瓜为研究对象,采用大棚盆栽试验,设3个处理,处理1(T1)为早中晚三次增氧灌溉,处理2(T2)早上一次增氧灌溉,处理3(CK)为对照组(不增氧),研究探明增氧灌溉处理对大棚秋黄瓜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。各处理均采用调亏灌溉,常规施肥与管理,主要研究结果为:第3d高峰发芽速率T1、T2分别高出CK27.50%和26.25%,发芽势T1、T2分别高出CK 10.18%和9.72%,第7d发芽率T1、T2分别高出CK 9.72%和4.16%、发芽指数T1、T2分别高出CK 18.15%和14.18%,活力指数T1、T2分别高出CK 27.73%和22.06%,发芽整齐度T1、T2分别高出CK 36.04%和3.55%。因此,增氧对大棚秋黄瓜种子的种子发芽力指标、种子活力指标以及发芽整齐度均有显著影响。

摘  要:
The study has employed 3treatments on autumn cucumber of pot experiment in greenhouse:Treatment one(T1)- three oxygen aerations in the morning,at noon and in the evening;Treatment two(T2)-one aerated irrigation in the morning;Treatment three(CK)-the control group,regulated irrigation.This study aims to revealed the impact of aerated irrigation(AI)on crop growth,and its mechanism from the perspectives of agronomic traits,physiological characteristics and soil environment,offering solid scientific support for the popularization and application of the aerated irrigation(AI)technology.The experiment has regulated deficit irrigation,routine management.The main results are:Germination rates of T1,T2 are 27.50% and 26.25% higher than the CK respectively;germination potential 10.18% and 9.72% higher;and the germination rates increased by 9.72% and 4.16%;germination index 18.15% and 14.18% higher;vigor index 27.73% and 22.06% higher;the germination uniformity increased by36.04% and 3.55%;The experiment has shown effects in force index,seed vigor index and seedling quality.
