增氧灌溉条件下不同施磷量对水稻分蘖期根系的影响研究

摘  要:
针对增氧灌溉条件下水稻不同施磷量对水稻分蘖期根系的影响,采用增氧灌溉技术进行盆栽试验,通过检测分蘖数、株高和根系生长特征指标,研究不同处理下水稻分蘖期根系变化规律。结果表明;OP处理盆栽平均分蘖数、株高与CKP处理区别不明显,高磷肥处理(135kg/hm2)有利于水稻分蘖数、株高的增长,相对于CKP处理,增氧灌溉条件下OP处理水稻分蘖期根系总长、根总体积、根系平均直径变化显著,CKP处理组根系总长、根总体积、根系平均直径CKP3最大,而增氧灌溉条件下OP2处理的根系总长、根总体积最大,相比CKP2,分别提高1.07和3.08倍,OP4处理的根系平均直径最大,相比CKP4提高66%。因此,增氧灌溉条件下施加磷肥处理有利于促进根系生长,提高根系活力,影响营养物质的吸收。

摘  要:
For the study of effect on rice root system of tillering stage by applying different phosphate fertilizer under oxygation,this experiment uses pot experiment of oxygation technology,Through the detection of tillering dynamics,plant height and root growth characteristics,the results that the change rule of hybrid rice roots on tillering stage under different processing show that,it is not obvious about tiller number,plant height between OP treatment and CKP treatment,and high phosphate treatment(135kg/hm2)is conducive to the growth of plant tillering number,plant height.Compared with CKP treatment,rice root length,root volume,root average diameter of OP treatment changes significantly,Root volume,root average diameter of CKP3 are biggest,and root volume,root average diameter of OP2 increased by 1.07 and 3.08 times respectively compared with CKP2,And root average diameter of OP4 is the largest,compared with CKP4,compared respectively it increased by 66%.Therefore,applying phosphate fertilizer treatment under oxygation is beneficial to promote root growth,increase root activity,the absorption of nutrients.
